Circulac HS88 is an upcycled natural L (+) lactic acid 88% Heat Stable grade produced by fermentation from sugars extracted from food residues, to offset the environmental impact of lactic acid production. Circulac HS88 is used as an acidulant and raw material in applications for which color needs to be stable when the product endures heat processes.
