Circulac® HS88 is an upcycled natural L (+) lactic acid 88% Heat Stable grade produced by fermentation from sugars extracted from food residues, to offset the environmental impact of lactic acid production. Circulac® HS88 is used as an acidulant and raw material in applications for which color needs to be stable when the product endures heat processes.
